Here's how we achieved this:

1. **Automated Check-Ins**: By integrating Repticity’s sophisticated visitor management capabilities with Storedge, we automated the check-in process for visitors and customers at self-storage facilities. This means when a customer arrives, their entry is automatically logged by Repticity, and their visit details are simultaneously updated in Storedge. This not only speeds up the check-in process but also ensures accurate tracking of facility usage.

2. **Enhanced Security Measures**: The integration enhances security by synchronizing visitor logs with customer profiles and storage access records in Storedge. This provides facility managers with a comprehensive view of who is accessing the facility, when, and which units they are accessing, all in real-time. Suspicious activities can be flagged automatically for review.
